Champagne Punch

Champagne Punch

2 750 ml bottles sparkling wine
1 750 ml bottle white dinner wine
6 whole cloves
4 cinnamon sticks
1 lemon
1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
2 cups orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice ice block

In a saucepan combine white wine, cloves, cinnamon.
Squeeze in lemon juice, and then add the rest of the lemon.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Strain and cool completely.
Place ice in punch bowl.
Pour in spice/wine mixture, sparkling wine, and juices.
Stir gently.

Servings: Approximately 25.
